I'm no stranger to self sabotage. I spent a lot of years getting in my own way. Causing unnecessary drama and pain. In someways, I needed to change the way I was showing up, but what I noticed as I began to heal was that there was still automations in place, there were still triggers, and things that were hidden to me that I couldn't seem to access. I tried counseling, healing modalities and many different avenues including hypnotherapy, coaching, and reading thousands of hours of personal growth books. Still something was missing. I would make baby steps forward but not huge steps. Everything felt very difficult, I had to show up regardless of my desire and push through resistance. I kept thinking there must be an easier way.
